Feedback Linearization and Maximum Torque per Ampere Control Methods of Cup Rotor Permanent-Magnet Doubly Fed Machine

This paper establishes the state-space model of cup rotor permanent-magnet doubly fed machine in synchronous reference frame. The feedback-linearization control method is used to realize decoupling flux and torque. Then, upper lower load torque boundaries are solved. Furthermore, minimize stator current magnitude under a certain torque, maximum per ampere (MTPA) derived. Finally, simulation results demonstrate good performance correctness boundaries. In addition, effectiveness robustness proposed methods also demonstrated.
